Land Tax Information
If you own an investment property (including vacant land, a house, unit, or flat) or a holiday home in New South Wales with a land value of more than $359,000, you need to register with the NSW Office of State Revenue (OSR). All property owners who may be liable for land tax must register by 31 March 2008 to avoid being charged penalties or interest. For information, please visit the OSR website. |
