Do I need Council approval to remove a tree from the nature strip in front of my house?Removal of trees from the nature strip requires Council approval. Council has a Street Tree Management Plan which relates to the removal and replanting of street trees. Residents who want a tree removed must lodge an Action Request form, providing reasons why the tree needs to be removed. Council staff will then inspect the tree and advise of the action required. |
