Council Grants Program
In 2003, Tumbarumba Shire Council announced an new annual grants program for local tourism and community and cultural and Small Towns and Villages projects. These funds are for use by community-based organisations to assist them in developing community and tourism-oriented assets and to provide services not available or funded through Federal or State sources. These programs aim to help community, cultural and tourism groups provide a wide range of services throughout the whole of the municipal district as well as the development of community infrastructure and events, festivals and activities. Details and application forms for the current year's grants program are listed on the webpage during the grants submission period, which is usually July / August.
